Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Alive Talent website. These Terms govern access to the website operated by Alive Talent LLC (“Alive Talent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Separate written agreements govern any staffing, managed workforce, BPO, consulting, or technology services we provide.

Definitions

“Company” means Alive Talent LLC, Wyoming, United States. “Website” or “Service” means the Alive Talent website and its publicly available content. “You” means the individual using the Service or the organization on whose behalf that individual acts. “Terms” means these Terms of Service.

Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms for any organization you represent.

Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful informational, recruitment, or business-inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or misuse data, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Recruitment and business inquiries

Submitting an inquiry, résumé, job application, workforce request, or other information does not create an employment, agency, partnership, client, or contractual relationship and does not guarantee placement, engagement, candidacy, or service availability.

Intellectual property

The Service and its brand, design, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Alive Talent and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for reasonable personal or internal business use, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that Alive Talent does not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice when reasonably necessary, including if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alive Talent and its affiliates, suppliers, and Service Providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or privacy, arising from or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid through the Service, if any, or USD $100, whichever is greater. Jurisdictions that prohibit certain limitations may limit the application of this section.

Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence.

Dispute resolution

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any concern or dispute informally by contacting Alive Talent. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

United States legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list.

Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to achieve its purpose as closely as permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material revisions may be announced by a prominent website notice or other reasonable means. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service.
